Through an intake form and first call, you tell us about your team and goals. We propose a format and artist, secure a unique venue, cater local food and beverages and run the day. Your team shows up, we take care of the rest.

How is this different from a standard team outing?
Most team outings are passive. People do something side by side without actually connecting. Our sessions are facilitated by non-ordinary artists at the top of their craft, which means the interaction is intentional, the outcomes are real, and the effect lasts longer than one evening.

We work with teams from 8 to 120 people. Smaller groups get a more intimate format. Larger groups are split into sub-teams with multiple facilitators to ensure quality and safety.
