Welcome to Uncommon Club (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our website.

  1. Scope

These Terms govern participation in events, memberships, and services provided by Uncommon Club. By registering for an event or membership, you accept these Terms.

  1. Services

Uncommon Club curates in-person experiences (“events”) and membership offerings designed to foster connection, creativity, and self-development.

  1. Registration & Payment

Bookings are made via our listed platforms Lu.ma. Registration becomes binding once payment is confirmed. Fees must be paid in advance.

  1. Cancellations by Participants

Participation during our pilot phase is free of charge; however, please cancel early if you cannot attend so others can take your spot.

  1. Changes or Cancellations by Uncommon Club

We reserve the right to adjust venues, facilitators, or timings when required. If an event is cancelled, all fees will be fully refunded.

  1. Giftcards

Gift cards can be used to book eligible Uncommon Club events through the unique code provided. They are not exchangeable for cash, but may be transferred to another person. If a card is partially used, the remaining balance stays valid until the full value has been redeemed or until its expiration date. Please treat gift card codes carefully; lost or shared codes cannot be reissued.

  1. Liability

Participation is at your own risk. Uncommon Club accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

  1. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction: Berlin, Germany.
